Concept for a cyborg bounty hunter. Hella is a bounty hunter that prefers the "hands-on" approach to catching her quarry. Her mechanical raptor legs enable her to run faster and jump higher than the average person. The addition of rocket boosters to her legs means nothing is out of reach. When she zeros in on her target, she uses her clawed gloves and raptor talons to detain them, even if they are a bit maimed in the process.
